Residential Roof Replaced with CertainTeed Roofing System

We got a call from this customer who’s roof was just over 20 years old. This was the original builder-grade three tab roof. The customer had a couple of leaks above a porch that was added on. We worked with this customer to Select a Certainteed Roofing System. Considering the customer had a “Low Slope” porch roof we would need to use two types of Roofing.

We installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the Georgetown Grey color. Then installed CertainTeed Flintlastic base and cap sheets over the porch. Roll asphalt roofing provides better protection on lower slope areas.

All scopes fell under the same CertainTeed SureStart Warranty
