Commercial Roof Repair with Seams and Fasteners Coating

Customer has and metal building with PBR metal panels for the roof, and an internal gutter. Customer was experiencing leaks in multiple locations, along with cracking and build-up on the fiberglass skylight panels. We proposed a “Seams and Fasteners Coating” scope along with replacing/covering skylights.
Scope:
– Replaced some of the skylights with new clear – poly skylight panels.
– Removed skylights where the light was not needed and installed new PBR Panels in those areas.
– Installed silicone mastic coating on all metal fasteners and metal seam laps on the building.
